Profs Find Chemistry Lurking in Thanksgiving Dinner

Alkenes. Amino acids. Tryptophan. Sound appetizing? As you sit down to your traditional Thanksgiving dinner, you're about to bite into all of those. Two of the region's college professors have analyzed the chemistry of Thanksgiving, and they found a few surprises.
