New Children Services Chief Says State Could Do More

November is Adoption Awareness Month. One northeastern Ohio agency that helps place children in foster homes is Summit County Children Services. Executive Director John Saros talked recently with WKSU's Daniel Hockensmith about how agencies in 88 counties care for abused and neglected children.
