Sherwin Williams hallmarks of a great company to work for

If you want to find a good workplace, ask the people who work there. That's the philosophy behind Fortune Magazine's annual list of 100 Top Companies to Work For. This year, seven Ohio companies made the list, among them 142-year old Cleveland-based paint maker Sherwin-Williams.
