Electoral college officially makes Obama next president

Barack Obama was officially voted president-elect of the United States today in electoral ceremonies across the nation and here in Ohio. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports that the gathering of Ohio's electors was in some ways similar to the gathering four years ago - and in other ways completely different.
