The Ohio Supreme Court has turned down an attempt by a Cleveland man to delay his execution.

Darryl Durr was convicted of kidnapping, raping and murdering a 16-year-old Elyria girl, Angel Vincent, in 1988.

He's been on death row for 20 years. His execution is now scheduled for April 20th
