Ohio Supreme Court hears Lake Erie dispute

The gentle lapping of waves along a Lake Erie beach may sound soothing but it’s at the center of a legal dispute that is now before the Ohio Supreme Court. The court heard arguments today (Tuesday), and will be deciding in a few months, exactly what determines a shoreline and who owns the part of the beach exposed when waters rise and fall.
