Two-year budget scrutinized
Bill Cohen looks at how cuts affect government programs

Ohio Governor John Kasich has unveiled HIS plan for a new two year state budget. It includes spending cuts for many government programs, but it ALSO includes more flexibility for schools, cities, and others to deal with the money shortfalls. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
